My First Book Club delivers the magic of reading directly to our members – from newborns to tweens!
When you join our Club, your child will receive three best-selling and age-appropriate titles every month, at an unbeatable price – to help you build your child’s collection.
Our goal is to ensure that every child experiences the great gift and magic of reading. As avid readers, book collectors, storytellers, educators, and mothers, we know the immeasurable impact that reading can have on a child’s developing mind. That’s why we go the distance to source curated international titles that will instil a love for reading in our young ones.

about the mfbc foundation
With more than 50% of South Africa’s population living in poverty, very few of our children have access to toys, travel, TV or education.
The MFBC Foundation was founded to provide underprivileged children with access to books, in an effort to broaden their world and introduce them to the magic of reading. Through reading, these children are exposed to a whole new world beyond their local environments and given the opportunity to develop their minds in the best way possible.
When you join My First Book Club, we will send a book to a child in need, every month that you are a member. Together we can spread the gift of magic.
